- Do you offer a Free Trial? No
- Do you offer a money back guarantee? No. There are no refunds and no exceptions. If you follow the strategy and the rules, you should not have any issues.
- Do you offer any discounts? Not normally but occasionally I will offer a special.
- Can I cancel anytime? Yes, it is a 30 day lease. However, we do not prorate leases.
- Can I lease only the indicators? No
- Can I lease only the bots? No
- Can I lease one indicator or bot? No. It is a complete package. You can only lease the indicators and bots in one package.
- How many pc’s can I install Spy Money Strategies and Bots ? 1 machine ID per user and per pc. However, you can change to a work pc etc as you like. It only works on one pc at a time.
- Can I join Discord before leasing? No. It is not open to the public.
- When do I receive the bots and indicators? Immediately upon leasing.
- When do you do training? Almost daily.
- Do you have recordings of past trainings? Yes, they are in My Account when you lease.
- Will your bots and strategies trade all markets? Yes. We have users from all over the world that trade all markets.
- Do I have to install everything individually? You have two folders you have to import into Quantower. When updates are sent out, you will need to do this again.
- Do you offer support? Yes, you get support for all of our products.
- What platform do your products work on? Any version of Quantower. i.e Amp Futures
- What Trade Copier do you use? Quantower Platform has one built in. We prefer another one and have information on it when you lease Spy Money.
- Do you use any 3rd party software? No. All of our products are custom built. However, we do lease a trade copier that works better.
- Do our products work with Funded Accounts? Yes, they work with RITHMIC accounts ONLY, including evaluation, sim, live and PA accounts. It does NOT work with Tradovate accounts UNLESS you use the copier we recommend.
- How long does it take to learn the strategies. Users that do not know anything, it takes about 1 weeks to learn the Quantower Platform and the strategies. A Quantower Platform user usually takes 1-3 days. This all depends on the user. Some in 1 day and some longer.
- How fast of a computer or VPS do I need? I recommend at least 16g Ram and an I7 or larger processor. I personally use 128g Ram and an I9 processor.
